Returns & Exchanges

At The Narragansett Beer Shop!, we want you to love your gear as much as a cold Lager on a summer day. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear gets back to us safely.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
